  - You can earn a maximum of 27 points each day, except for the day on which you choose to go to the temple (the max for that day would be 52). The minimum is -4 points. Don't do that!

  - If you realize you made a mistake or you did something else to improve your score before midnight, you can just submit the form again! The system only accepts the last score you submitted on each day.
  - You CANNOT update your responses any time after midnight. Make sure to submit so you get some points!

Did you consume any unhealthy drinks today? *
Yes = -2pts, No = 2pts. Unhealthy drinks include soda, lemonade, gatorade/powerade, energy drinks and other sugary drinks. Juice is OK, but should not be abused since the point of this challenge is to drink more water overall.
Did you eat any sweets today? *
Yes = -2pts, No = 2pts. Sweets mainly include treats such as desserts and candy. There are lots of things that have sugar in them such as cereal, fruit (natural sugar), and yogurt, but the point is mostly not to eat treats.
