This form is used to nominate capital projects for the Building for Tomorrow Program.

Nomination Guidelines

Must support at least one Core Focus Area of the UDA Trojan Educational Foundation, but may support more than one.

No maximum award.

Once approved, the project will be added to the Approved Project List and will be initiated as funds become available.

Nominations accepted by: Faculty Member, Coach, Advisor or Administrator.

Timeline

Project Nomination Deadline: June 29, 2016

Approved Project List (approved by Foundation Board): August 31, 2016

Project Feasibility/Plan (40 Points)
Project Need (30 Points)
Annual Student Impact (20 Points)
Cost (20 points)
Matching Grant/Funds (10 Points)
Project Measurement (20 Points)
MAXIMUM POINTS = 145
