Please complete one form for each team attending.  By completing this online registration, you agree to the following: A $100/team non-refundable registration fee is due 14 days after submitting this online registration. Final numbers are due November 19, 2018. Final Balance (minus the registration fee) is DUE no later than Team Registration on November 17, 2018. Any reduction from final numbers will be charged the full amount due. Any increase from final numbers must be cleared through the Spirit Office and will be charged an additional $10/athlete. Camp schedule and release forms will be sent, by email, to the head coach AFTER the registration fee is received. Extensions to any deadline requires documentation and an additional $100 processing fee. No refunds can be issued once payment is received. By checking this box and entering your legal name, you agree that you are that person and have the authority to complete this registration form.  There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel registration any time after submitting this form.  You will receive an email confirmation within 7-10 days that requires your reply.  If you do not receive this email, please contact the Spirit Office 586-281-3372.
