This program is for you- The Y-Angaza Program mentors young people to acquire work ready skills through real life work experience and job shadow accompanied by lessons on personal branding, professionalism and many other skills that make you as a young person stand out in the world of work.
We walk with each Cohort of a maximum of 15 participants on a one on one journey to help mentor them as they navigate their life and career decisions.
To make our program as accessible as possible to each young person seeking clarity in their career, the investment is only Ksh.10,000 that cater for the 2 days, in-person training days, and the followup sessions that happen virtually over 10 weeks.
