Terms and Conditions:

(1) DEFINITION. Same-Day Delivery refers to express delivery via Grab Express, Lalamove, or Angkas Padala. We will provide cost quotes based on prevailing rates of these service providers. We also allow Buyers to book their own pickup courier.

(1) LIMITATIONS. This delivery service is applicable in selected areas in Metro Manila and Rizal covered by Grab, Lalamove, and Angkas. Buyers in Greater Metro Manila (i.e. Cavite, Laguna, etc.) may have to arrange their own bookings.

(3) COST. We will provide quotations based on prevailing rates of Grab Express, Lalamove, and Angkas Padala. Please understand that the delivery fee is time-sensitive and may be subject to change depending on when the final booking will be placed.

(4) ORDER CUT-OFF. We typically process your same-day delivery order up to the next day. For more prompt action on your order, please message us via *VIBER* (0926-6210428) after submitting the order form. We book deliveries everyday between 11:00AM-6:00PM.

(5) PROOF OF PAYMENT CUT-OFF. We need time to prepare your order for delivery, so cut-off for sending PROOF of payment is 4:00 PM of delivery date (based on the email server's time stamp, Philippine time). Late payment means we may not guarantee same-day delivery, or we may not ship out your order.

(6) COMMUNICATION. All delivery information will be confirmed through EMAIL or VIBER. Any changes and updates to your order (including proof of payment and notice of delay) will be sent and recorded through email or viber. We will also coordinate booking information through SMS to ensure smooth delivery transaction.

(7) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the given address is complete and exact. It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure someone will be available at the given address to receive the shipment. Failure to do either one may result in a failed delivery, wherein the courier rider will return the shipment back to us. In this case where the courier rider reports a failed delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded, and the Customer will have to pay the additional corresponding fee for re-delivery (choice of regular delivery or Grab delivery the next day).
