Terms to use the Weibo Controversy Detection Dataset

To download and use the Weibo Controversy Detection Dataset, you must agree to the following terms:

(1) The Weibo Controversy Detection Dataset ("the dataset" for short below) was first released in ACL 2020 paper "Integrating Semantic and Structural Information with Graph Convolutional Network for Controversy Detection".  The use of this dataset in publications must cite the citations given below.
