OUR PHONE BOX
Our community rallied to save our iconic red telephone kiosk when BT advised it was scheduled for removal. 

Thanks to Melrose and District Community Council, the box was purchased on behalf of the community and Newstead Village Community Trust (NVCT) have agreed to manage the use and maintenance of the box for the benefit of the community.

We are now ready to plan how use this tiny space.
