2025 Lit City Freedom School Scholar Application Form
Thank you so much for your interest in Lit City's Freedom School! This form is for rising 7th to rising 12th grade students who attend Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy or live in Northeast & East Winston.

Program Dates: Mondays-Fridays from June 16th - July 25. 
Program Location: East Winston-Salem (Program location TBD)

Please complete this Child Enrollment Application Form for Summer 2025. Upon receiving the application an email will be sent notifying it has been received. In early April the application acceptance emails will be sent on a rolling basis.
