- Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the completed booking form with credit card details or deposit paid.
- The hire fee will be the sum of the deposit
- 50% of the bill must be settled prior to the event, with the remaining amount paid on the day of the event.
- In the event of the cancellation by the customer of the booking deposit, fees paid for entertainment, equipment or otherwise will be charged to the customer.
- Final numbers and dietary requirements for the function must be confirmed at least 3 working days prior to the date of the function.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- A 13.5% service charge will be added to all bookings.
- Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- All bills must be settled on the day of the event.
