Alluvial Farms Custom Share Order Form
We harvest year round. We can usually fill your order within a few months of your initial down payment. If we can get to you sooner we will let you know. Please complete this form when you send us a down payment through our online store for a custom quarter, half, and whole pork share. The following cuts will be included in your share and are NOT customizable at this time: 
  • 1" thick bone-in pork chops, 2 per pack. 
  • picnic shoulder roast 
  • sirloin roast
  • tenderloin
  • spare ribs (cut in half like a short rib)
  • pork soup bones
  • cheeks
  • offal
The following cuts ARE customizable and require you to weigh in. If you are getting a whole share you can choose two options for each category. There is also a notes section at the end of this form if you want to add more information to your order.

Offal (organ meat), soup bones, back & leaf fat 
We include all of these items in each share to help ensure you get maximum value for your dollar. If they are not things you would use then perhaps there is someone in your community who would. Sorry, pigs feet, ears, or skin are not available at this time.

Regarding the fat portion of your share
  • By default fat is delivered unrendered. (It's easy to render at home in a crockpot, and this way you get the homemade cracklin's.)
  • To have fat rendered and delivered in 12 oz. jars of cooking lard purchase the cooking lard add on. ($20 per quarter)
