80 Feet Is Enough! and Wisconsin Safe Energy Alliance are co-hosting Property Rights Lobby Day on May 4th. This is a great opportunity to meet with your state legislators and show your support for landowners who stand to lose more property and take on more risks when Enbridge expands again.

Here is a tentative schedule for the day (once you register, we will follow-up with you!):
9:00: Bus leaves from Marshfield (light breakfast provided; bring your own coffee)
Bus pick ups will include Wisconsin Rapids and Portage
Noon: Training and tips for speaking with your state legislators
Grace Episcopal Church, 116 West Washington Avenue on Madison’s Capitol Square
Lunch will be provided.
1:00 – 3:00: Meet with state legislators
Meet others from your area
Opportunity to be interviewed about your Enbridge story for a future publication
3:00: Report back how your lobby visit went and what you learned, sign thank you cards
4:00: Reception at Argus, 123 E Main St on Madison’s Capitol Square
(appetizers provided, drinks on your own)
5:00: Bus leaves to return back to Portage, Wisconsin Rapids, and Marshfield
