Maine AFL-CIO Short staffing & Workforce Navigator Survey
Almost every union workplace and hiring hall across Maine is short staffed and in need of more workers.  At the Maine AFL-CIO, we’ve hired a Peer Workforce Navigator (Leslie Torkelson) to help unions address short staffing and to connect more workers to union jobs and apprenticeship programs. Please take a minute to fill out this quick survey.

Are there any other ways that you think our Maine AFL-CIO Workforce Navigator could help your union members, union family members or other workers?  This could be things like helping workers find good childcare, housing, helping workers with unemployment insurance or connecting more workers with apprenticeship programs?
Do you personally know anyone who might benefit from  connecting with our Workforce Navigator?  This could be to help them find a job, apprenticeship program, access childcare or access other worker supports? (If yes, feel free to share their name)
