2025 GSBS Faculty Regalia Order Form

All GSBS Faculty members are cordially invited to attend the 2024 GSBS Commencement ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 6 pm, at NRG Arena. GSBS faculty members who served as the major advisors for graduating students will have the option to go on stage and personally place hoods on their students.

The Graduate School will pay the regalia rental fee for all faculty who do not have their own. Please complete the form below if you would like the school to order your regalia for the ceremony.

Faculty must wear regalia if hooding students. If you plan to participate in hooding, please provide the names of your graduating students.

Faculty not hooding a student may order regalia and sit with the students and faculty during the ceremony. You may also choose to wear business attire and sit with the audience. However, we encourage you to wear regalia and take part in the ceremony.

The last day to order regalia is March 31, 2025.
