Please fill this out for any desired PD projects. If a team is working on the same project, you have a choice:
1. apply separately;   2. supply a list of names in the same application with hours for each person.

PD projects should be tied to initiatives such as but not limited to technology (distance learning), computational thinking, restorative practices, and social emotional learning. Projects should not fall within the scope of regular maintenance of your courses.

At the end of your work, you will asked to submit your project for review, which includes any files. A separate survey will be used for this purpose.
