Personal Learning Record (PLR)
Since August 2010 the inclusion of a valid and separate Unique Learner Number (ULN)
for each learner became mandatory within the individualised learner record (ILR). This
means that a valid ULN will be a compulsory requirement.

Your ULN will be used to collect and share information amongst education related organisations and will include information about your qualifications, awards, and learning achievements throughout your education lifetime.

Learners may choose not to share their PLR data and can opt-out:
- as part of the enrolment process with their learning provider
- by contacting the LRS customer helpdesk on 0345 602 2589. You will need to provide some personal details to confirm their identity, which may include their ULN if known

Please note, a consequence of opting-out will be that you will need to provide copies of certificates or other verification of your achievements.

Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
