VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

  • Greeter
  • Greet & direct conference attendees around the building (Morning or afternoon shifts available)
  • Parking Lot Team
  • Give directions to utilize parking to the fullest (Morning shift only)
  • Food Team
  • Lunch will be provided but will need to be served over a period of time.  This is a team that will oversee the lunchroom.  No food prep is required.
  • Childcare Team 
  • Activities and a day of fun are scheduled for the children who will attend.  Ages of children range from birth through elementary. Classes will be coordinated by age. Childcare volunteers must be willing to provide or submit to a background check.
  • Morning, Lunch and afternoon shifts available (3 hour shifts)
    • 8am-11am
    • 10:30am- 1:30pm
    • 1pm-4pm
