GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The inscription is confirmed and the room will be booked after the school has received the deposit of 140 €. (You will pay the rest when you arrive, or you can buy the course in one time from your own country).
• The accommodation included in the price of the course is in shared double room. For single room, B&B, Hotel of family accommodation, please send us a mail to info@scuolanuovarcadia.it or phone us to check the price and the availability.
• The deposit (-30% for administrative charges) will be refunded only if the cancellation is made 60 days before the beginning of the course (no refund will be made after that date).
• The payment for the course must be accomplished the first day of the course.
• Students under 18 must have a written permission made by their parents or closest relatives.
• Students are responsible for the damage they caused to the property of the school and housing.
• Students are provided within the school during the lesson activities and of Italian culture. There is not any insurance policy that covers the time they spend outside of school, housing or leisure activities. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to take personal travel insurance against accidents and diseases.
Therefore it is necessary to check about insurance for trip abroad with the authorities of the own country before leaving.

• EU citizens do not need visa to stay in Italy. For people resident in other countries they need to consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the following link: http://www.esteri.it/visti/ and consult the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence. The school, after registration on-line and paying the fee, will inform the embassy of your registration in our course.
