Any schools requesting a change from their prescribed classification (as listed in the Classification Table) must complete this request form in full for each individual team request. [NEW 2024-25] Schools may request to move down in classification. Forms must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the Qualifier date listed on the SSNL Athletic Calendar for Slo-Pitch and Outdoor Soccer and by the Declaration Deadline listed for all other sports with classifications.
