Prospective Participant Form: Measuring Social Impact at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site

Thank you for your interest in helping the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site measure social impact.

Please complete the following form. After we receive your response, you will hear back from a member of the Presidential Site team to let you know that you have been selected to participate in the survey, and you will be given the chance to confirm or withdraw your participation.

If selected to participate, you will:

Visit the museum with a friend or family member 3 different times within the 2025 calendar year.
Complete a 15-20-minute survey to share how your experiences at the museum impacted various outcomes. (If you do not have internet access, we may be able to provide a computer and a space for you to take the survey or recommend options for access.)

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time or refuse to participate entirely. There will be no penalty if such actions are taken except that you will forfeit your opportunity to attend the museum for free. As part of your participation, you and a guest will be given free admission to the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site for each of the three visits.

Admission for survey participants and a guest will be provided for the following signature experiences:

Daily tours of the historic Harrison home
Coffee with the Curator
Harrison LIVE! Days
Special Exhibit openings

In addition to free admission for the three visits required to complete the survey, participants will enjoy a 10% discount on gift shop purchases, as well as discounted admission to other special events.

Additionally, you will have the option to enter yourself into an opportunity drawing to win special prizes from the museum if you complete the social impact survey, which will be emailed to you after completing 3 visits.
