Thank you so much for considering commissioning me! You have no idea how much that means to me as an artist!

Please take the time to fill out and read this form as best as you can before submitting.

Payment will be handled via Paypal through a fee invoice, which I will send you once I accept your commission and will require full payment prior to work. I reserve the right to decline you as a client should I feel uncomfortable or should I feel as though I cannot successfully complete your requested commission to your standards.

Unless it is specifically asked, all the work I create will be posted to my Patreon, Tumblr,  Instagram, etc.

You are free to use any image I create for you however you please for non-profit intentions.
