PIBFAL | Candidate Team - Checklist
This checklist aims to find out whether the new team matches with PIBFAL and vice versa.

PIBFAL's Concept
1.1.1. We do not discriminate nor concede any privilege due to gender, age, ethnicity, religion or whatsoever. We expect you to follow absolutely the same.
1.1.2. Fairness on and off the field is essential. On Monday mornings we either should be at work or on holiday but not in hospital.
1.1.3. That is why winning always comes after fairness. As it happened on clause 1.1.2 :)
1.1.4. Seeking consensus, providing transparency and creating joy for everyone, are our every time compasses.
1.1.5. This organization and its activities are led voluntarily, for pleasure only. If any of your behavior(s) causes any unpleasantness to anybody involved; we may have to review your continuation.
1.1.6. We are non-profit. Money does not talk here, it just pays the common expenses.
