3rd Annual Brewing Hope Coffee Festival                Vendor Application (Food Trucks, Artisan, Plants, & Bakery Vendors) 
A fundraiser benefiting Hope Found NEA, a local non-profit working to end human trafficking by creating awareness, educating communities, and coordinating services for victims and survivors. 

We are excited you are interested in Hope Found's 3rd Annual Brewing Hope Coffee Festival on Saturday, November 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The ASU Farmer's Market at 3350 Aggie Road in Jonesboro, AR. 

Guests will enjoy complimentary tastings of the finest coffees and have the chance to sample and purchase pastries, chocolates, and more as well as shop for beautiful custom items while they vote for their favorite brews and drinks in the People’s Choice event.

All coffee roasters, coffee shops, bakeries, chocolate shops, and any business that uses coffee in their products are welcome. But even if you don't, that still is okay. We would love to have you!

INFORMATION FOR BAKERIES, CHOCOLATE SHOPS, FOOD TRUCKS, AND ANY OTHER VENDORS WHO WILL PROVIDE SAMPLES AT THE EVENT

VENDOR FEE- $50
The company's logo will be recognized on social media before the event, and you will receive one friends/family ticket. As a vendor, you can bring 1-2 people with you to help serve. 

Please provide 75-100 bite-sized samples of an item you are selling. We will provide some foil liners for you if you need them. Got

We are also building a basket of goodies to give away to an attendee. Please let me know if you would like to donate a full punch card, bag of coffee, sweet treats, or something else special from your shop. We ask you not to give us a T-shirt since we will not know the size of the person who wins.   

If you want to participate but need the extra manpower, we are more than happy to place Hope Found volunteers at your booth. This is something we need to know ASAP. 


INFORMATION FOR RETAIL VENDORS (THOSE NOT PROVIDING SAMPLES)

VENDOR FEE- $75

WHAT IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS A NON-COFFEE VENDOR
  • Electricity if needed

  • Promotion on social media

  • The venue only has 2x5 tables and they can only be used inside. If you are unable to use that size or bring your own table, please let us know below. They do have chairs but can only be used inside the building so if you do want to be outside under the pavilion, bring your own chairs. 

  • Entrance for two participants into the coffee festival


Please pay your vendor fee PRIOR to the event.
