Please complete this form to apply for our U13 Rep tournament October 8th to 10th, 2022

Applications will be accepted until Sept. 1st, 2022. We will accept on a first come first serve basis up to the maximum of eight teams ( 22 games).
  • Guaranteed 5 games: 3 round robin, 1 crossover and 1 placing/ playoff, with the top 4 teams will have a 6th game.
  • Each game 90min- 120min ice slot  

We will let you know if you are accepted, and the tournament fee of $1,750 will need to be e-transferred. Details will be forwarded in acceptance email. Payment will confirm tournament registration.
