Spiritual Mentorship Men's Application - OAKLAND

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor for a man in CityTeam Oakland's Renew Program. CityTeam values the contribution mentors make in the journey of our Renew Residents, but we also recognize that being a mentor is not for everyone. Thank you for understanding that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will qualify to become a mentor.

MENTORS GUIDELINE INFORMATION
- Required Time Commitment: 1 hour once a week until graduation (up to 12 months)

- Who: A Christian man who committed his life to Christ, trusted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and is a disciple that strives to obey the commands of Christ. We only have men mentor other men.

- Vision: To become a friend for a man in our program and show what a man of God looks like. Model how you handle adversity, temptations, and other life obstacles. Be a good listener, help them process and navigate the challenges they face, and offer advice where needed.
