This registration form is for DECA Dodgeball Recreational League.

High Performance Athlete *

A High Performance Membership is NOT required to participate in recreational leagues like DECA Dodgeball.

High Performance Memberships (HPM) are required to participate and/or compete at any Saskatchewan Dodgeball or Dodgeball Canada competitions and/or events. Teams with four or more HPM players will play in Division A - regardless of standings or skill. DECA Dodgeball will be verifying HPM with Saskatchewan Dodgeball and Dodgeball Canada.
