I understand the registration fee is non-refundable and transferable only with prior approval.

I understand that while inside the FACTS facility I will be accompanied by an escort at all times.

I agree to work only the dog approved for the workshop during the workshop.

I agree to pick up after my dog while on Freeman Ranch.

I will not touch, lift or remove ANYTHING from the ranch, inside or outside the FACTS facility.

I understand any attempts to remove human remains will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

I will not allow my dog to urinate or defecate on human remains. If needed, I will equip my dog with a belly band or panties to prevent such from occurring.

I agree to work my dog on leash when directed to do so by an instructor.

I will not utilize an electronic collar inside the FACTS facility.

I agree to wear booties inside the FACTS facility and dispose of as directed.

I will not allow my dog to eat, grab, climb on cages or otherwise disturb a body.

I understand I may not provide food treats within the FACTS facility. I understand instructors have a lickit stick for food reward dogs.

I understand that toy reward may not involve long retrieves within the FACTS facility.

I agree to decontaminate my dog through the foot bath procedure after training inside the FACTS facility.

I understand there are normal precautions such as plants, snakes, spiders etc as in any natural environment.

I agree to park in designated areas.

I agree to not allow my dog to visit with other dogs and be conscious of K9 body space while waiting for my turn.

I agree to behave as a K9 professional with respect and considerate behavior towards the FACTS Staff, instructors, helpers and fellow K9 handlers.

I understand that my failure to behave in a professional manner, observe rules and guidelines and/or disregard directions for safety may result in immediate expulsion without refund and a ban from future seminars at FACTS.
