Folks of all shapes, colors, orientations, and levels of experience are welcome!* This gentle class will support our resilience, steadiness, and connection as we navigate these precarious and potent times. Kim facilitates a mindful, playful, and trauma-informed exploration of movement and breath. Together we’ll lengthen, balance, strengthen, rest, and nourish our nervous systems.
*be in touch if you have questions about whether this class is a good fit. for mobility considerations: classes include postures while sitting on the floor as well as “table pose” (hands and knees on the floor, on a folded blanket for cushioning). if these positions aren’t comfortable, another class like chair yoga or individual instruction may be more accessible. contact me to explore.
