Welcome To Rockville 2026 Accessible Camping "Heads Up"

Welcome To Rockville 20256 Accessible Camping spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Giving us a "Heads-Up" allows  DWP to better prepare for you and your group and plan our Accessible Camping Area, while this Heads-Up form is not required, letting us know you are coming does reserve your Accessible Camping Space after your purchase of a camping pass. There will be a few spaces available for fans that did not give us a Heads-Up. These are very limited and cannot be guaranteed. 

For Welcome To Rockville 2026, there will be Accessible Camping in all Car + Tent and non-reserved RV camping areas. These campsites will be in closer proximity to the accessible restrooms and accessible showers. Please note: these campsites may not be the closest to the gate, however, there will be an accessible shuttle running throughout the festival to bring fans in accessible camping to and from a shuttle stop and the festival entrance.

To reserve an Accessible Camping Space:

  1. Purchase your desired camping pass first.
  2. Fill out the Accessible Camping Heads-Up Form below.

Due to limited ADA campsites available in each camping area, an ADA placard or license plate is required to be displayed on each campsite throughout the duration of the event. The person to whom the handicap credential is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger. If you have purchased multiple campsites, we will do best to accommodate and have campsites assigned as close as possible and / or next to each other. This, however, can not be guaranteed.
