Mini Habits – my upcoming step-by-step book for building positive habits in your life – will answer these questions and unleash the supreme power of starting small. It will contain cutting-edge science and sharp insights. It will have detailed step-by-step instructions to clarify exactly how and why mini habits can work for you.
One of my skills is to analyze large quantities of data and understand how it all fits together. With habit formation, this is critical, as it takes a number of different skills to successfully form a habit. I aim to entertain as well as inform, as you know if you’ve read my first book, Stress Management Redefined.
Mini habits will take into account the nature of human willpower, motivation, and ambition. For a decade, I’ve been studying and experimenting with how to maximize personal growth, time, and energy, and how to enjoy the process. Mini Habits is the answer.
