What is Somato-Spiritual Coaching? And why is it helpful?

Sometimes you just need tools and a guide to help point you in the right direction. That's how I can help!

We feel life in our bodies, literally. Our nervous system is our RESPONSE SYSTEM. If there is imbalance here it impacts how we move through life, or how we don't.

The body is also the vessel of our Spirit or SOUL. This is inner compass or guide. Sometimes we need help connecting and hearing the messages.

At the end of the day we need to take the reins in our own life and do the work to make change or adjust to stress.

But we may feel confused, stuck, unsure or a combination of all of these.

I have a method that integrates somatic and spiritual awareness into sessions, so the answers can come from within you, because that is where they are. I can help bring these forth.
