Join us for a unique culinary experience with Jihee Kim, founder and owner-chef of Perilla LA, one of Los Angeles’ most talked-about rising restaurants, recognized in the LA Times 101 Best Restaurants.

Chef Jihee Kim is known for reinterpreting traditional Korean banchan through a modern Californian lens. By combining the philosophy of Korean home-style side dishes with locally sourced ingredients, she presents a refined yet approachable vision of Korean cuisine.

Her menu features a diverse range of dishes—from kimbap to seasoned seaweed stems—showcasing the depth, versatility, and everyday appeal of Korean food culture. Through her work, Chef Kim continues to introduce Korean flavors to a broader audience, bridging tradition and innovation in the global culinary scene.
