LORI 2023 World Refugee & Immigrant Day Registration Form Join Us on Saturday, June 24, 2023 At Family Youth Service Center - 1120 Government Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. As we Celebrate Hope & Resilience At Our Annual World Refugee & Immigrant Day Celebration
Refugees and immigrants have made significant contributions to this great nation's social and economic growth. June is a month to remember and celebrate our heritage as refugees and immigrants. The love for our community brings us all together on World Refugee and Immigrant Day to showcase the beauty of who we are and educate the public about our rich cultures.
Louisiana Organization for Refugees and Immigrants (LORI) invites you, service providers, institutions, and international countries to exhibit in the World Refugee and Immigrant Day Information Booth. Service providers will have the opportunity to interact with an estimated 400+ event participants and provide information about resources available in our cities and its environs. World Refugee and Immigrant Day is a time to bring a glimpse of the world to our beautiful city. The event features guest speakers, diverse cultural performances, international dishes, and fun activities for children.
