2018 Business Participation Form for University City Youth Summer Jobs Program
Applications are being accepted for businesses interested in the 2018 University City Youth Summer Jobs Program. To participate, please complete the following application OR submit a printed application (available for download at www.universitycitychamber.com) to Mary@ucitychamber.com or mail it to U City Chamber of Commerce, 7700 Olive Blvd. University City, MO 63130 as soon as possible, and no later than April 13, 2018.

YSJ matches qualified University City students aged 16 years or older with participating U. City businesses through a partnership between the City of U City and The School District of University City, coordinated by the U. City Chamber of Commerce, to provide annual summer employment for 30 students for up to 18 hours a week for 8 weeks (or 144 total hours) at a 50% cost savings to local businesses during the summer, beginning in June and ending August 2, unless otherwise agreed upon. Both participating businesses and student applicants are expected to attend the Tues., May 8, Job Fair at 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the University City High School Cafeteria, 7401 Balson Ave. (63130). Business representatives will meet and have the opportunity to interview applicants in order to make hiring selections.
