What you get● Access to over 400 patrons of which the majority spend above average on food and beverages.● One 6-foot table for prep. One 6-foot table for display.● One 10’ x 10’ space.● Opportunity to compete to win an award.
What you need to bring● All items needed to serve your food to the patrons, including utensils, plates, napkins, etc.● Your signature dish/dishes divided into small samples, enough to feed about 400.● Decorations/signage for your table. Booth decor will be judged in the competition.● You may heat with canned heat. No open flames.● Adequate staffing. Your table must be staffed at all times during the event.
What you need to know● LGBT Chamber members have no fee for participation● Non-Chamber members must pay a $300 table fee to participate. A LGBT Chamber membership is included in the fee. ● Set up is staggered from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. You should be ready to serve judges at 4:00 pm.● Taste, presentation, and booth decor will be judged by celebrity judges and guests.● Tear down and load out will begin at 8:15 pm, and you are to have all of your belongings moved out of the venue by 10:00 pm.
