Adventure Facilitator (Post Booking)
The role is primarily responsible for helping our participants prepare for their expeditions. They write emails, make calls, interact on WhatsApp but make sure that the participants know how to prepare for a blissful experience. If you think you can be a great facilitator for participants, then do apply with us. The job involves directly communicating with all participants and managing their end-to-end- experience. One gets the chance to go for treks very often in this role. One also needs to travel to the base locations for evaluating logistics or assessing customer experience from closer quarters.

One needs exceptional communication skills (written and spoken), empathy and patience to do this job well. We prefer people coming with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
