Indication of Interest in Joining the Palo Alto Environmental Stewardship Team

This is a preliminary indication of interest. We are organizing an Environmental Stewardship Team pilot program. If you live in Palo Alto, join us in our environmental advocacy activities. You can do as much as you would like, depending on your time and inclination. You can limit your involvement to just making public comments at official meetings a few times a year. Or, you can participate in our regular meetings, meet fellow activists, join socials and hikes, write op-eds, articles, and letters-to-the-editor, and more.

If you are looking for meaningful pursuits that would help protect our planet, local ecosystems/wildlife, and public health while meeting other like-minded environmental activists, this could be the activity for you.

Would you like to just be “on call” for the few times a year when we need Palo Alto residents to make public comments at meetings? This will only take about 15 to 30 minutes each time. You can always change your mind later if you decide to expand your involvement.
