Online Coaching Onboarding Survey
Welcome to the In-Tension Training Team! This survey serves to help your coach gather all the information they need to build the best program for YOU. Online coaching includes individualized training blocks (each block runs 4-8 weeks) tailored to your goals. You will also have a weekly correspondence with your coach. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to send your coach an email containing a weekly summary with information about that week of training, nutrition, sleep/stress, etc. In your weekly summary, you can also include questions/comments, or videos of your lifts for technique breakdowns.
