Data Sculpture Info Form
So that I can gather data about you and/or your family, I have written the questions below.

Your answers will then be used to create a data sculpture, these sculptures are indented to tell a story about your family and how COVID-19 has impacted on your lives.

You will be given some plain calico fabric which you are invited to decorate with your own drawings, paintings or any other mark making technique in order personalise your sculpture.

Try to have fun and to bring something about yourself to the fabric.

1. Feel free to mix media and be experimental

2. Simple drawings are also fine

3. You don't have to fill the whole fabric piece with mark making

4. Think about positives and negatives of the past few years
