This is just a jumping off point for us to get an idea of what we really want our site to do. I've created questions for functions I know we can do and at the end you will have a place to add text of anything else. Don't worry too much about price or complication. At this stage we should be focused on the most ability and function we can get out of a CMS (content management system).

What should the site do?
Let's think big picture for this first question. Don't read on. Take a moment and type up some general ideas of things we'd like the site to do.

* Why do we need a site?
* What's the purpose?
* Who's going to visit?
* Is there a function to be served that is larger than we are serving with our current site?

Specifics
Here are some specific functions I know we can/should do with our new site.
Do you want the site to feature automated up to date information provided by our membership. (Think blog format - but with a static front page)

Should the site have a "fenced" area? (password protected) - In spaces like this we can have information, pages and documents that are private to EdTOA and don't want accessible by the general public.

Sections
Simply list all the sections of the site you can think of. Some are no-brainers like: "About" but maybe there's something else.
Here are the sections we already have - Put a check next to the ones you think we should keep.

What else would you like the site to DO? Don't think big picture on this. Instead think more granular. Is there something specific we can do that will make the site functional?
