Welcome to the start of a blessed school year at Fairfield Methodist Primary. We are looking forward to embark on another enriching journey for the year 2025 with an exciting line-up of events. Your support is valuable in making these events meaningful and we would like to seek your collaborative participation in shaping an even better experience for our children and their classmates.

(1) Our PiE Parent Volunteer Form changes every year. If you have submitted our 2024 PiE Parent Volunteer Form, you will need to submit our 2025 PiE Parent Volunteer Form in order for us to reach out to you this year.
(2) By submitting this form, it confirms your interest to volunteer and allow us to contact you nearing the event date. Do note that it does not warrant a confirmation to the event itself.
(3) The sign-up is open for parents/guardians with a child attending FMS(P) in 2025.
(4) All information provided will be kept PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL and will be used solely for the purpose of communication and coordination of school events.
