SIM Card Activation Request Website
This is the SIM Card Activation Request Form for AT&T SIM Cards.

Here's what you need to do to activate your SIM Card:

1. Fill out the Activation Request Form below, at least 48 hours BEFORE you want to start using the SIM Card. 

2. Input the USA date on which you want your SIM Card to start working (that will be day 1).

Your SIM Card will be activated by 6am US Pacific Time on the date you requested. If you submit a same day activation after 6am US Pacific Time, your SIM Card may not be activated until the morning of the next day. Also, if you are arriving in the USA in the middle of the night (i.e., before 6am US Pacific Time) then please enter the day before as your activation date.

The SIM Card will stop working after 11:59pm US Central Time on the 30th day.

What is your SIM Card serial number? It's on the back of the large part of the SIM Card, it's 20 digits long, and it starts with 8901.

In the next step you'll be asked to enter the start date for your SIM Card - this will the USA date you want it to start. Usually this will be the date you arrive in the USA. But you can enter another date if, for example, you don't want your SIM Card to be activated until a few days after you arrive in the USA.

If you don't need to use the SIM Card for the full 30 days, please enter the date that is 1 day before you arrive, to ensure no delays with your activation.

For example, suppose you're away for 25 days, and you land in the USA on 25 February, then please enter 24 February as your activation date.

But if need to use the SIM Card for the full 30 days then enter the actual date you arrive in the USA.
What date do you want your SIM Card 30 days to start? Enter the date in this format: Day/Month/Year. 

PLEASE ENTER 1 day before your actual arrival date UNLESS you need your SIM Card to work for the full 30 days.
