1. I understand and fully agree that the purpose of this workshop/seminar is educational, and it is not intended to diagnose, cure or treat any medical conditions, prevent any disease, or provide medical advice or counselling.

2. I understand that Eliteus Pte Ltd instructors/facilitators are not psychiatrists, medical practitioners or physicians, but are instructors/facilitators to share based on the methodologies, strategies and key principles relating to building workplace & team resilience. I am aware that I have to seek attention by professional medical practitioners for diagnosis (if required).

3. I hereby release and forever discharge Eliteus Pte Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, servants and/or agents from any and all liability for personal injury, death or property damage arising out of the activities or as a result of my participation in the workshop/seminar including all injuries that may be suffered by me during and after the event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action or in action of any of the above parties.

4. I consent to Eliteus Pte Ltd to use digital and still photos, videos and to quote comments by me in all forms of marketing collaterals. I can withdraw this consent by a written request before the workshop/seminar commenced or at any other time as per the Personal Data Protection Act.

5. All the training materials but not limiting to handouts, photos, charts and powerpoint slides, in digital and physical versions, are the intellectual property of Eliteus Pte Ltd, and I agree that none of the intellectual property can be reused, replicated, distributed, sent, posted or copied in any form. I further agree and abide that I will not make recording of any sort in or during the workshop/seminar or post photos or comments of the workshop/seminar on any social media platforms.

6. Full payment must be received upon registration. All payments made are non-refundable, including no-shows. Participants may request a replacement to attend the registered workshop/seminar on his/her behalf for the same session, at least one week before the commencement of the workshop/seminar.

7. Eliteus Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule / cancel the workshop/seminar if minimum class size is not met, and/or change the workshop/seminar venue.
