Child(rens) Grade and Class
Room Parent Volunteer
Opportunities await at each grade level for Room Parent teams. Our goal is to provide each class with two Room Parents who will assist in a collaborative effort with classroom parties, field trips, class project for the Night of All Knight’s Auction & Gala, and organizing special activities.
I’d enjoy getting to know other parents and helping my child’s class.

This is Quest Academy’s most important fundraising and social event of the year -- the Night of All Knights Auction & Gala. Anyone and everyone can help in a variety of ways, and it’s a great way to socialize with other parents while serving your school. Our Auction Co-Chairs would love to work with you. No experience necessary!

BASKETS & BOWS—Help create those special baskets so they are ready for auction night.
SET UP—We need a lot of help transporting auction items, decorations & supplies from school to the auction venue on the day before the auction, as well as help with setting up on auction day.
SOLICITATIONS--Help ask for silent and live auction donations and/or ads for our auction catalog.
CLASS PROJECTS—Oversee class projects designed and carried out by the Room Parents, teachers and/or students, coordinate deadlines and assist with displaying projects in the lobby.
PHOTOGRAPHY—Take photos of all Quest students to be displayed at the Auction and on the party favors and/or of all auction items.
