Rep. Pou FY 2027 Community Project Funding Request Form
Please fill out the following sections regarding your FY 2027 Appropriations community project funding (CPF) request.

AtPlease carefully review the FY27 CPF guidance here from the House Appropriations Committee. Required information and deadlines are subject to change as the committee issues updated guidance.

Community Project Funding Requests: These types of requests, also known as earmarks, are funding requests for specific community projects for state or local governments, or certain nonprofits.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUEST: March 10, 2026

Please note: 
  • Each project request must be submitted individually.
  • Any information on the form could be public.
  • Our office can only submit 15 requests in total for consideration.
  • If submitted to our office or eventually to the Appropriations Committee, there is no guarantee that you will receive funding.
  • To submit, you must be a government entity or a 501(c)3 non-profit under the IRS tax code.
  • To be considered, you must be located within NJ-09.
  • We will reach out to you to collect any supplemental information required (e.g. letters of support).
  • We strongly recommend that you do not submit a request for more than $5 million.
