SUDC UK would love to support your event in aid of our charity.

Please complete the form below to order supplies for your event stating the quantities you require. Please note that all items listed below are provided, packaged and sent to you at no cost. We are only a small charity and we carry limited stocks of these items. If you are planning a large scale event and need more than the max quantities shown, please email us at events@sudc.org.uk . Similarly, if you have stock left over from your event still in excellent condition, please feel free to return to SUDC UK, Phillimore, Bovingdon Green, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP3 0LD.

If you'd like to borrow the upright SUDC UK banner for your event please let us know we arrange delivery and collection in good time.

By submitting this form the information will be sent to our volunteer merchandising co-ordinator Sally Law. Sally will then dispatch the items alongside our SUDC Factsheet to share with any press or professionals who may attend or support your event.
