Seaside School District recognizes the value our bilingual employees add to our community. Speakers of Heritage languages mirror the home language and cultural values of a third of our students. Bilingual staff, at any role, certified or classified, can communicate with our families in their preferred language, bridging the often daunting gap between home and school. In the spirit of honoring this skill we would like to offer a  stipend to  bilingual staff who meet at the Proficiency level 6 on the STAMP Test of Language Proficiency.  The School District will pay the test administration cost.
