If you use any of the NC MEP Vista Summer Curricula, please fill out the following form and return it to the VISTAS. Your feedback is vital to testing the curriculum and improving it for the future.

If you did more than 1 lesson or activity and are providing feedback, please be VERY SPECIFIC as to which activities/lessons you are criticizing or praising when you are writing your feedback.
