Va rugam sa completati cu acuratete acest formular.
Numele  vor fi folosite pentru acces in sala.
Emailul / Telefonul vor fi folosite pentru organizare (instructiuni cu privire la medii de lucru, remindere, etc.).
Pozitia este utilizata de RoOUG pentru statistici cu privire la participantii la evenimente.
In unele cazuri sponsorii evenimentelor doresc si au acces la lista de participanti. Completarea formularului prezinta acceptul dumneavoastra pentru instrainarea datelor  catre sponsorul evenimentului.

The Names will be used for access to the event location.
Email/Phone will be used for communication purposes (instructions for environments, reminders).
Position will be used by RoOUG for statistics purposes regarding attendance at events.
Some time the sponsor of the event wishes to access the details of the participants. Filling this form means that you gave your acceptance to allow RoOUG to give the data to the event sponsors.
