Jr. X-Men 2026 U11 Development Program Application
The objective of our development hockey program is to provide the opportunity for highly motivated players to prepare for advanced hockey programs. This is accomplished by bringing together a group of aspiring players who wish to focus on quality development under the direction of highly qualified and experienced coaches.

The success of our program over the past decade has been significant.  The Jr. X-Men Development model is a proven method of preparing young hockey players to play at the next level, focusing less on travel and tournament play and focusing on core skill and development. The basis of our program is in tune with the long term player development model put out by national and international hockey programs.  This is evident with our Jr. X-Men Program covering the following development plan, U7, U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, Jr and University/Pro.

Please complete and submit the following registration form. Players should be aspiring to play U11 AA for this upcoming season and should have a proficient skill set that will allow them to have fun and be successful.

Jr.X-Men reserves the right to deny acceptance depending on level of play.  I understand filling out this form does not guarantee that the player I register will automatically be accepted into the program until every participant is reviewed.  I also agree to have the player at all practices and development games.
