AISI-C Workshop on Tool-Use in Agent Systems

Thank you for your interest in the AI Safety Institute Consortium's Workshop on Tool-Use in Agent Systems. The event will be held via Zoom on Wednesday January 29 from 2:00-3:30PM ET.

To register to attend, please fill out the form below by January 27. Registrations after this deadline will not be guaranteed entry. A pre-read will be circulated prior to the workshop.

This workshop will inform AISI’s future efforts to promote innovation and safety in AI agent systems, including considerations for testing tools and safeguard deployments. The workshop will consist of AISI technical presentations and interactive breakout discussions to inform the development of a taxonomy of tools that a foundation model may use to take actions in environments, providing a valuable shared vocabulary for future work across the ecosystem.

Participation is open to all AISI-C members, especially experts who have built, integrated, or used AI agent systems. (See here to confirm your eligibility.) Multiple participants from an organization are permitted.
